Rapids 1 and Rapids 2 are youth programs

Swimming for fitness or training to compete at SEAL level, Regional level,
Provincial level or National level competitions. 


Rapids Masters is an adult program

Swimming for fitness, skill improvement or training to race. 


Swimming is the most injury free of all sports!



It develops wonderful cardiovascular endurance, the most important key to physical fitness.

It is the best sport in terms of proportional muscular development.

It enhances natural flexibility by exercising all major joints through a wide range of motions.

It also develops superior coordination.
